Dan Cobley, Google's director in the United Kingdom and Ireland today apologized hardly for users in the UK because of the problems related to request and shipping LG Nexus 4.
He said he knows about all the problems that faced the users who made pre-order of the phone,
He admitted dereliction of Google in terms of not communicating properly with customers and failing to help solve their problems in a timely manner.Also blamed LG, the manufacturer of the device, and said that the company's supply of the phone have been rare, and irregular.
He said that Google has suffered greatly because of the great demand on the phone, where they are usually sell any new amount it receives from LG in less than an hour.
