Google TV

Korean LG has announced that it will provide new TVs next month which will be worked with Android system , or what is known as Google TV. The company did not reveal a lot about what will be provided by the new TV , but it will provide the latest technologies of the company, especially for very thin screen and that will come almost without side edges.

The company said that the devices are fashioned GA7900 (Bkiesa 47 and 55 inches) and model GA6400 (measurements multiple 42 to 47 - 50 - 55 to 60 inches), and stated that it will work with  Google TV 3.0 platform , ie they contain the latest features announced by Google last month, including support for voice commands that allow the user to communicate with (remote control) voice to navigate between channels or request watch programs.

It is expected that the company will announce the new Google TV officially next month during the exhibition CES 2013.

We saw a few days ago Pivot Dock base of  " Google and Samsung computer tablet Nexus 10 " that is capable of charging the device through this golden points that is known as POGO pins, but we have no idea  when it will be produced officially by Samsung , but we have not to wait for Samsung as one of the companies provided a new charging connection called Pogo Charger which is magnetic and stick easily to the POGO pins in the device in order to charge it .

Google today published a list of best Android applications for 2012 Through a special section of Google Play store entitled Best Apps of 2012.
The company said that some of this applications appeared in 2012, and some appeared before but got a large and important updates this year.

Some users complained from  LG Nexus 4 phone , and that on the official page of the Android project which allocated to send problems and requests,

Some described the sound  like a light whisper and some said it is a clap or a clicks at low level, and there are those who said that he suffered from  jamming while making phone calls.

As we said, it does not seem that the problem is spread widely, but it is better to wait for a comment from Google or LG to know more about the nature of this problem.

Google updated the support page of  Nexus 4 phone , in which it says that we can connect mouse, keyboards, gaming controllers with the Nexus 4 phone, but this connection is only possible via Bluetooth, not via the USB.
As for why it did not support this feature even though it offers the best specifications, that is unknown.


The following video review is an example of the use of OTG with Nexus 7, which does not also support this feature by the way, but you can support it by applying a special app after getting  device root permissions , this may be possible with the Nexus 4.
